outdoor kitties got some canned chicken after regular dinner tonight. the one has not eaten some times and i was getting concerned. sometimes he needs a prompt from the other cat or i need to show it to him. he ate about half a can of chicken this evening. honestly i’ll feed him whatever he wants

cleared out the crawlspace bc the rats had decided it was their place and put a bait trap in there.
it’s been so gross the past few days the 2 outdoor cats have been in there again so i removed the bait trap.
out in a bed from my cat that passed 3 yrs ago, i think he’d be happy somone is using it

half marathon; it was so gross out there. super humid and then thankfully the humidity broke a little when it started to pour when i was a little over halfway. my wet socks kept finding the edge of my shoe.
regardless i did it under 3hrs and then biked back to my car. did ~20 miles w bike & run

brought the skellies in to get a wardrobe change before their final halloween form which i still am uncertain this is the first year i haven’t really had a plan.
my aster started to bloom this week and it’s super cute. i may look into getting more of it to fill in places next year.

last night during a meditation the lady in the moon came to the beachside to take to me. she comforted and told me i already have the tools i just need to have the courage to put things behind. she reminding me how resilient and kind i was but it’s time for me to do good for myself for once

decided to run a trail: didn’t get far bc of downed trees & then seeing a shelter in the woods & deciding it was best not to approach. ended up running by crazy big houses near rock creek. WTH do these ppl do to afford those monstrosities?

went to a different farmers market yesterday and it was pretty big. got some bread? fruit? veggies, pickles and vegan treats.
