Is this thing on yet? That other place makes brain worms seem normal.
Halloween is coming. You all know what to do.
Be careful out there 😂

If Mitch shows his face today does that mean we have 6 more weeks of war? Or is it 6 more weeks of the House on vacation?

“Who is it, Laura Loomer or Scotty Pressler?”

“It’s Natalie Harp again.”

“Just leave her. She likes riding in the trunk.”

Trump endorsed both Ashley Moody and James Uthmeier in advance of the August 18 primary yesterday.

Both are implicated in the suspected theft of $10M in Medicaid payments to use for political purposes--basically what Trump is trying to frame Tim Walz for.

Elon has been melting down and raging nonstop since his interview with The Economist and Chef Andres is one of the best and kindest humans on planet earth.

Data centers are DESPERATE to find places to build. Quit offering tax breaks and start asking what they can do to help the community near the centers.

Do you want to know how popular school vouchers are? They have never won on a ballot. Not once. In any state. Ever.

The only way states are able pass a school voucher scheme is behind closed doors. Legislatively. The people would never approve their tax dollars going to private religious schools.

Is there an Assisted Living wing planned for the Ballroom building? It's starting to feel like someone needs it.

When an aging person looks like they are faking their way through a moment because they're not really sure why they are there and what is happening, then it might be time for AL.

There are a range of media and people who have lost their mind about Mamdani. At the time of real threats to democracy they treat him evoking the American creed they grew up with as dangerous radicalism.
One sense of how skewed our political reality is comes as Mamdani says anodyne things that the GOP presidential nominees from 1976-2012 would have all agreed with, like “We should rely on due process for the burning of witches,” and everyone screams, “Leftist Commie! Red Commie!”

This is a great thread. Even without a science background, you can understand how the product required very specific application procedures, and how the contractors did not remotely understand (or care) that to not apply correctly was going to be a disaster.
Mechanism and updated prediction for the epic fail of Lincoln Memorial Bioreactor's polyurea coating! First chemistry, then physics

It was sprayed in big sections. In addition to pool edges, failure will concentrate at the OVERLAP SEAMS between sections because they likely barely bonded at all. 1/x

To be fair, hydrogen peroxide breaks down pretty quickly in sunlight. It turns into water and oxygen. Let's remain more focused on the waste of taxpayer money, spent by idiots that didn't understand that sealing an open-air pond without circulation and filtration will always result in stagnation.
Every history book about this government will have a subtitle that's some variation of They Should've Just Left That Alone
