Decided to explore fingertip grip mice and grabbed the Keychron M4 4K as an entry point. Turned out it worked way better than expected! No discomfort, barely any adjustment period. My aim has never been stellar, but the M4 is comfortable: kaytomas.com/review/keychron-m4-fingertip-mouse-review
