I was particularly interested in Spotify’s earnings today as they recently announced that instead of following the rest of tech and doing layoffs, they plan to deliver more features to customers given AI productivity gains.

Anyone have a clue when cyclone season ends ?
Or it's permanent now ?
Or it's permanent now ?
Tropical Cyclone Maila continues to spin in the Solomon Sea, while Tropical Cyclone Vaianu is undergoing subtropical transition just north of New Zealand.
To the north of the equator, newly-formed Tropical Storm Sinlaku is steadily intensifying.

New Zealand/Aotearoa needs to get back into the 'protectorate' game.
Let them seek shelter under NZ flag, tarrifs to US aren't too bad & peaceful relations with Canada.
NZ can have the fishing rights 😁

Point Roberts is a piece of US territory, south of Vancouver, but isolated from the rest of the US. Ppl there have to go through Canada to get to the US.
They are struggling economically b/c Canadians aren't going there due to Trump etc.
I saw we cajole them into joining Canada. Who's with me??

For people venturing into IKEA, I have a failsafe process for assembling flatpack furniture.
1. Send your husband out.
2. Lay out each piece in the order you will need them.
3. Follow the instructions exactly.
(My husband has an oddly similar failsafe process.)

they watched terminator and tried to create skynet. if their media literacy is this bad how can they handle philosophy? Peter Thiel thinks Star Wars is about how debt is good!

A new part of an ocean plant cell has been discovered that might revolutionize farming one day. The structure can take nitrogen and convert it into the ingredient that helps all organisms grow.

Unfortunately the dismemberment of USAID is likely a test run of vandalisation across the US govt.
On a space with Senator Joni Ernst and Vivek Ramaswamy, Elon Musk says he has checked with President Trump a few times to be sure about eliminating USAID, and he says that the President agrees.
