This seems to suggest that Texans are okay with blatant racism, but crimes and/or infidelity is where the line in the sand is.
It is absolutely the lowest thing on the importance list...but he bounces between capital and lowercase letters.

Obviously all the 6-3 ideological decisions are awful this term.
But what's even more terrifying...there were multiple 5-4 #SCOTUS rulings that are just one vote away from being BRUTALLY AWFUL.
That's horrifying.

I am stunned that the constitutional question was so close. I thought it would be 6–3 or 7–2. It is profoundly disturbing that four justices would allow either the president or Congress to rewrite the plain text of the 14th Amendment. This is obviously a good outcome, but the margin is alarming.

That final SCOTUS opinion day (whenever it is) could be absolutely awful.
We have gotten all of the SCOTUS opinions for today — leaving cases over birthright citizenship, the two trans sports bans, and coordinated party expenditure limits still undecided.
We don't know the next opinion day, as Sotomayor is still reading from her Slaughter dissent and then there is Cook.
