As it stands, since 2024, Russian forces have killed 813 and wounded 7575 across the whole region.

In the remainder of 2026, we can expect another 200-250 fatalities and another 2000-2500 wounded, if nothing changes drastically on either side of the drone war.

Thoughts Cont'd:
This 10% fatality rate roughly corresponds to the 10% fatality rate of drone casualties generally.

And this makes sense as we've seen reported casualties from shelling/bombing drop significantly compared to a year ago. Drones now account for the VAST majority.

Thoughts Cont'd:
A year ago, there was never more than 100 people per week were reported as casualties from Russian military action in Kherson Oblast.

Now, the average is about 120 per week -- roughly 10% fatalities.

Some thoughts:
Based on what I am seeing each week, by late November or early December, the total of civilians reported killed and wounded by all Russian attacks (including drones, shelling, bombing) in Kherson since the Human Safari began in 2024 will surpass 10,000.

In the village of Vysoke, Russian forces wounded two DSNS firefighters in two separate attacks on first responders.

Drones: 10 wounded
Large UAVs: 3 wounded

Total: 13 wounded
