Also the number of trees and the plant life that would totally take over yards, buildings, streets!!! It wouldn't take long for roads to disappear under groundcover without regular use. All yards would have tree saplings coming up and overgrown bushes/plants. People would get ticks!!
I think that we have to admit that post-apocalyptic movies seriously underplayed how much diarrhea and disease are involved in social collapse.

My husband works in special education, and he attended a funeral for one of the kids today. He said that the kids family all live out of state and nobody, not even his parents came to the funeral. He said the parents watched on video feeds- his dad watched the service while driving his car.

I wish there was a Them's Warehouse (a Men's warehouse but for everyone). I wanna be measured, given stuff to try on, complimented, and walk away with a couple smart new suits, a dress or skirt combo, fitted shirts 😭 Very jealous of my husband tbh
