There's a YouTube channel called Stream City that shows old movies without commercial interruptions. It's been keeping me sane this last week when everything in the here and now has been overwhelming. Tonight's viewing was My Sister Eileen with Rosalind Russell. Loved it.
At least we go into Lost in Space right away. It's a black and white episode, which is usually better than the color ones. I need a pallete cleanser after that movie.

Dafuq? Introduce a new character and make her the killer? What about all those people who died before she came back? Is it too much to ask that a trashy movie make sense?

It's almost over? Time flies. That musical number must've been a time-filler.

Random musical number? The producers really couldn't decide what kind of movie to make.

The only person I'm routing for is the Detective Inspector. Maybe that's the point.

Why, you may ask, would they do this?
Good question.
It's to punish those who opposed it.
To teach them a lesson.
All abusers use it.

The MAGA regime recently killed the largest ancient 250 year old “Grandmother” Cottonwood tree in Arizona’s indigenous territory just to expand the orange felon’s fucking wall.
I’ll never forgive anyone who chose this evil.

Much as I appreciate getting a $90 refund from Medicare - considering I was just debating whether I could afford a small bottle of Ibuprofen for my back pain this morning - making it a one-time payment won't do any good in the long run.
And I already voted last week so tough luck, people.

Am I remembering wrong, or did Becks on The Marlow Murder Club have an Anglo-Indian husband in the beginning, as well as a couple of kids? What happened to them?

The way the Witch says "delicately" is a great line reading. Margaret Hamilton is acting her heart out. So is Judy Garland. Those tears sound real.

This is where the movie stops being a musical and turns into a Halloween special. Come to think of it, playing on Svengoolie isn't that far-fetched.
