It’s a grossly harmful worldview that has no relationship to the scientific consensus on the drivers of chronic disease. America’s disease burden (which is falling btw) is mostly a function of income and healthcare inequality, not the refusal of Americans to eat beef tallow.

Yes it's cool that Brunson took less money so the Knicks could build a champion under the salary cap. But he shouldn't have *had* to. Salary caps are just tools billionaires use to suppress wages, and no one gets upset because the labor (pro athletes) make so much money.
