Learning to work out feels purposely annoying I have free weights but have no money and can't go to the gym

Posting things on social media is a lot harder than I thought I have to actually consider what I'm doing or I won't be able to post anything

I've just noticed I don't use my tongue much when speaking it just kind of lays near the base of my bottom jaw so that and a few other reasons why it's hard for me to talk

I've never liked how my voice sounded and I know a lot of people don't like their voice when recorded but my voice is specifically bad it has a nasally and breathy tone to it like I have a chronic head cold and I also have an extremely pale skin that looks sickly or kind of like a ghost
