When you start asking about the amount of money we are spending on blood cleaning spray, you have gotten too niche.
Fire Chief: That right sizing includes capacity for new stations, increased costs on janitorial supplies. We have to use Virex for cleaning up blood & costs for that are going up. Also other operating costs are specialized (Absorbal for fuel spills) that are going up. #yqrcc
