disparate impact liability, according to the Trump admin:

- very bad if it means preventing an employer or a bank from discriminating against Black people

- very good if it means bullying schools *into discriminating against Black people

Not impressed with #FrontierAirlines customer service. Someone actually told DIL she should have taken her stuff before evacuating. With a baby. And they’re being jerks about rebooking her since she can’t get through an airport without ID.

Do better.

Trump Has Detained the Parents of More Than 11,000 U.S. Citizen Kids
A ProPublica analysis of new ICE data shows that Trump has detained parents of U.S. citizen children at about twice the rate that Biden did, and moms have been deported four times as often.

I've been sent video from the end of the ICE raid at the Zipps on 32nd and Shea.

It shows protesters -- on the sidewalk, impeding no one -- getting drive-by maced by an ICE agent from a truck as it rolls away down the road.

Hard to see how such tactics are justifiable.

I fear the odds of that in my lifetime has dropped significantly. An no, I’m not interested in going during a US occupation.
