The driver was genuinely sorry. And it was a mistake - I watched it happen. My annoyance is totally directed at TakeALot. You cannot tell me my one attempt to fry some bacon and eggs caused that giant crater. Nope. And so disappointed. I was a long time shopper of theirs - even before adulthood.

I explained all of this to them. No, it's my fault. I was like WHAT. This is why I closed my account. Never again.

It's insane to me. I closed my account. It arrived on the 23rd. The driver dropped it. They said I must test it and still called me later that day. I said I can't (I really was busy). The 27th I tried to use it. All seemed fine. When I lifted it to clean it a large piece fell off the bottom.

Oh, and I did dispute the rejected return. They said that I caused it. I explained that the my items were dropped when the person delivered them.
