i’ve always had a tilt bc my back is funky but i think the stairs moved it more & that’s really what caused all the sciatic pain & made my legs stop working

it’ll suck to reset but all that matters is im closer to fixing it now that ik it’s not just REEEEALLY slowly healing herniated discs

without realizing, what i did was give my back a neutral position to lay in and allow draining in my spine & leg & reduce the pressure on the injured part of my spine & sciatic nerve & this actually helped me realize i’ve got a serious pelvic tilt((probably from the fall)) that’s causing everything

i had no clue what i was doing but last night was the 1st night in 7 months that i’ve gotten so sleep through an entire night without having to wake up for a few hours from back pain🥸🥸

i didn’t google anything & just let rage guide me and now my back & leg feels better than ever

don’t judge me based on what i watch😪😔😔 we all have our foibles !!

plus i did all the sidequests i could find besides the 1 where you wear all the outfits bc i gave up on trying to find some0: so i say that was a successful run:)
