Back from Nationals! What an amazing weekend with all of my yoga girls in one house. Missing them already! 🧘‍♀️✨

Getting ready for Nationals next weekend. Not gonna lie, after this injury over the last 2 weeks, I’m a little bummed. I’m happy I at least get to compete, even if I can only give 80%. Just grateful to be up, moving around without pain meds, and able to move period!
