its just wack because all of the treatment DOES work for me but its SUPER situational and sometimes it just makes me clam up a bit. i just have to be clearer about my intentions and what i want but that also feels antithetical to the whole "turn brain off and be baby" thing

and i hate letting people down by asking for a kind of treatment i dont fully understand and then having to say no to it when it doesnt really work out, or worse, just going along with it so as to not mess up the vibe. is it wierd to like being left alone sometimes when doing this stuff
