Is there a TTRPG where instead of playing a team of adventurers, you create a community of little guys and the ways they interact? Like slowly design a city and tell its story?

Reminder that we already have the perfectly functional word "poser" and you should use that

You don't need a single explosive event or stereotypical explosive triggers to suffer C-PTSD. It can come from sustained repeated trauma and can be throwing you back to a more vague and nebulous emotional state.
Hypervigilance and emotional dysregulation are very difficult to deal with on your own!

I have this thing where I sometimes freeze in place. I did it mid step towards the front door once, kept my balance but otherwise couldn't move and started having negative thoughts.
Was thinking "you're just attention seeking, waiting for someone to see" until I realized I was alone in the house.
