Since the world my characters all live on is a strange amagalmation of different points in time of our own world, their communication tech is still stuck in the mid to late 2000s with some minimal pocketable stuff.
Basically, everyone is using landline phones and email/IM to talk to one another.

I don't think that I want to make Remy and Lida a romantic couple per se, but I want their relationship to be something more than "just childhood friends", but not muddy the waters by bringing romance into the picture.
I like the idea of playing with subconscious jealousy between the two.

Uninstalled the Bluesky app on my phone and have all but left the internet behind when not at my PC in a bid to reclaim my free time and sanity a bit, and it's made a surprising difference.
So things probably won't change in that regard, and I'll continue being less active here moving forward.

I want the new title for my project to involve the word 'Paw'. I'm not even looking to have directly relate to anything in the story itself as there isn't an overarching plot or anything of that matter. I just want something that looks and sounds /neat/.
