A US-linked network of fake websites is promoting Alberta separatism to AI chatbots
The websites present crude, AI-generated slop disguised as the voice of real Albertans. But they're made in Florida — and they're not even targeting Albertans directly.

Currently, Smith has 47 UCP MLAs, the NDP has 38, there's 1 Progressive Tory & 1 vacant. If the Tory votes w/ the NDP in a non-confidence vote, you'd only need 5 UCP of conscience to turn — JUST FIVE —  and Smith would be cooked.

What if a provincial election were the referendum?
Ready for a referendum in spring 2027?

Danielle Smith says Alberta would hold a separation vote *before the provincial election* if the October referendum is successful

She adds it would take at least 2.5 months to fulfill their consultation requirements

I got hit by someone on a bike once. I was grumpy after, sore, and I went home to take some Advil and rest for the night. There was a kid I went to school with who got hit by a car. He died. The difference between the two is massive and anyone who acts like they’re comparable isn’t being serious.

The bike lane decision is an extraordinary read on how easily democracy is distorted to do bad things, but how difficult it is to bind future governments to continue good things.

The government passing legislation specifically to delete 3 City of Toronto bike lanes is not “regular business”
