I assume since in China a union must be registered under the ACFTU for it to be recognized by the government it may not be legal to fully bend to sag

There is a thing called Taft Hartley which can allow non union va’s to voice on union projects, but can take between 6-8 weeks for sag to check and authorize it, and the Taft hartley’s last for 30 days each and after all 3 are used you are either forced to join the union or take the boot from other-
