Almost all of the extreme northeastern corner of NJ is covered by this regional school district, and we have the highest real estate values. Only Alpine, which isn't part of this, is higher, although it's right next door to our district. (home of Stevie Wonder, former home of Eddie Murphy. No lie.)

Have you seen NJ? Boroughs originally started as a way to get around taxes back in the 1890's. In the present day they are a very efficient exclusionary device.
Mine is 5 square miles, we have a regional HS, and that too is an exclusionary device: regional schools are exempt from integration.

Back at the markets, the Treasury relief rally started this morning and continued, so that's nice, my new position in TLTW is doing well.
We're at post VIXperation, which is the most dangerous time. Today & tomorrow the chance of a big break coming out of nowhere is very high.

I do find I can work much faster, and it's very good at getting me out of jams that before would take me a day to figure out.
But it will do what it wants unless you tell it otherwise as far as the solutions it comes up with. Because just like any machine it has default settings.
