I live in Denver and have often struggled with primer creating a grainy texture on my minis. I was guessing that high heat was causing the spray to dry out and clump together on its way to the model. The combination with low humidity makes a lot of sense. Glad I'm not the only one!

Finally, here's all ten as you'd be more likely to see them on the table. It's neat how the shape of the leader's mask creates a false eye-shine when viewed from the front.

I really like how this guy's face turned out in these photos from the front--the gleam on the left eye that's shadowed is so cool. I used a bit of gloss varnish on the eyes and mouth to make them look wet. #AoS #Seraphon
