Spot on, that's a super subtle Xcode String Catalog gotcha! Normalizing %lld and %@ to the same token makes static checks blind to specifier mismatches. Adding a pseudolocale step in CI is a great call — definitely noting this for the pipeline/roadmap. Appreciate you sharing!
