I just joked to my mother that she’s probably safe this week since she is 84 and has already passed the zone 😂

In seriousness, I don’t love when a bunch of people younger than her pass. It makes me focus on the inevitability of mortality & I’m never going to be ready for her go :(

I absolutely love this show too. My daughter & I’ve watched twice. It’s so rich in characters. Even the side characters are so well fleshed out. I’m always disappointed when the end comes. I’d love a spin off of some side characters too. Because I can’t help wondering what they are all up to now :)

Took my two oldest teens to vote for the very first time this week. I’m proud of them, but it was a bit surreal for me because they were just babies a minute ago in my mind 😂
