What bothers me is when policy is based on limited knowledge and people use the board diversity agenda for self promotion.
And, yes, it does matter because I believe there will be a more settled future which will make damage repairs possible. Chin up, Rosanna, as we say over here 😀

But does it actually matter? I’m still looking for sound evidence that board diversity makes a clear difference to corporate governance quality - have I missed anything?

Well, I’m loving Clown Town so I wonder if I’ll agree with you about the Pynchon. I read V and The Crying of Lot 49 in 1968 to impress a boyfriend and hated them!
