i am growing very close to convinced that Andy Beshear actually Believes in Things.
NEWS — Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear criticizes fellow Democrats who say transgender athletes should be barred from women’s sports.

In an Uber. Driver having loud phone conversation with someone in Spanish. A little annoying, but it happens. He hangs up. Says, “Mi hermano. La Migra.” And starts weeping.

Teaching Neuromancer this semester, and I'm proud to say that a CS undergrad in my class invented this joke independently
Meanwhile memory chips are increasing in price so fast that by the time Neuromancer comes out this fall you will *actually* be able to get killed in Chiba City for 3 MB of hot RAM.

Mitch has been my senator since I was born. I turn 40 in 2 months.

Now he clearly is unable to vote and is unaware of what is going on around him. Any vote which is attributed to him is inherently fraudulent.
New in PN: Retire in peace

"McConnell would never be allowed to drive a car, babysit young children, or file his own taxes. Why, then, should a cognitively incapacitated 82-year-old retain one of the most important positions of power within the national government?"
Retire in peace
McConnell is the latest example of an incapacitated politician refusing to let go.
