I heard something incredible today. My MAGA coworkers were mocking and criticizing Trump. It was incredibly mild and in no way policy-driven, but still, these are mainline hardcore Republican voters.

Party loyalist localism is not conducive with Leftist values. Opposing a candidate bc "they aren't from here" or "they haven't been here long enough" is inherently right-wing, rooted in seniority and xenophobia. Voters, specifically progressive voters, must do better. Looking at you IL-9.
