Week one of a season is when a rec org finds out what it wrote down and what it only remembered.

The permit that moved, the coach who never got cleared. None of that lives in your registration system.

Every parent fairness complaint I've seen came down to visibility, not outcome. Nobody could show how the decision got made.
An org that can answer "here's how" stops having to argue "why."

GORC Soccer is piloting LeagueRun for their fall season, starting Aug 15. Commissioner level, live, through a real registration-to-first-game stretch.
Org-level rec league management, built by somebody who's stood on the sideline.

Commissioners: what's the one thing you rebuild from scratch every season because last year's version lives in somebody's personal files?

Most league software solves registration and payments well, then stops at the team boundary and hands the coach a spreadsheet.
That gap is where an org's actual season lives.

Volunteer hours don't appear on a budget line, so they don't appear in a software decision either.
Then the org buys nothing and the same two people absorb another season.

Board turnover is the quiet operational risk in rec sports. One person knows the permit history, the referee contacts, which age groups always run short. Then they term out.
How does your org hand that over? Genuinely asking, because most answers I get are "we don't."

Rostering a rec division by hand is a lot of Saturdays. Sort the teams, honor the requests, then redo it when a coach drops.

LeagueRun does it and hands the finished roster to coaches. Piloting with GORC this fall.
