Funny, my least favourite type of idiot is people assuming everyone has the same functionality and that because they find something easy, everyone else should too or they’re less of a person. Disability exists and no one deserves to be criticised for that. Your experience is not universal.

Exactly. And it’s those same disabilities that make it hard to even fill in the feedback form to argue against this. I don’t even fully understand the questions 🫠 (if anyone has any guidance for this please let me know)

This was my first thought too. I have adhd and chronic fatigue. Not only does that impact the work I can do each month but also means doing monthly taxes would be impossible. I’d spend all my spoons on form filling and have nothing left to actually work.
