i don’t know if i wish i got more excited about magic sets or if i’m happy i don’t much anymore. seems like people are doing a good job but it’s just not the kind of stuff i tend to enjoy anymore. i’ll still probably be checking stuff out during spoiler season because i can’t let go

mtg nauctis looks good despite the f-tier name. zhalfir looks great. really not big on kamigawa x ikoria, is this really what we’re doing? haha what if big mech and big monster but they fight. i hope it’ll have some interesting story beyond a random trope but i’m not holding out hope

every time i look at a borderpost they’ve added a new restriction that i swear wasn’t there before. pay 1, return a *basic* land, it enters tapped. one day scientists will find a cool use for these beautiful mana rocks aside from restore balance

one cosmic exploration relic done, ten to go. it only gets easier from this point on

my favourite mtg plane might be mirrodin, but i do think dominaria is *the best one* in the end. the extensive history and the sheer number of different storylines and locations makes it feel like a world instead of a setting

can we please get an mtg creator that completely ignores ub. no rage or complaint articles or videos, just please straight up gaslight me and pretend not a single d&d or universes beyond card has ever existed
