literally my *only* complaint about WPBL, and I make this very lightheartedly, is that it's gonna take me longer to learn the names of players, what with all the long hair.

Any lack of sleep from finishing your outfit was 1000% worth the price of admission! Nice!
(We had several church groups towards the end of our parade too; we (repping a local salon) were behind the Episcopalians' rainbow rickshaw, the UCC, and a few other churches, plus local reform temple.)

last year was my first known case! But really, I have a school-aged kid (middle school currently) and therefore find it highly unlikely that this was really my first time getting covid.

Sadly, same happened to us last year in California. This year, we're just a week in and I have a scratchy throat this morning.

It is even worse for Steve, actually! I took the time to track down his case worker with county social services to tell her he'd given her the wrong number. Based on what i was receiving, pretty sure this guy is on the margins of society and really could use the help various agencies are offering.

Oh! Also it is entirely possible that someone gave an incorrect email to begin with (that just happened to be yours!) I never realized just how many people Just Don't Do Email and put a fake email in online forms, until I had to do a volunteer gig validating those emails.
