2/ taurine has a lot of other benefits. I’m underweight for blood donations and have been most of my life so I’ve never been able to donate.

I started taking taurine to
Lower my blood pressure. It was just above the line for normal. Now it’s usually 90/60 or thereabouts which is what it was when I was younger. And 1/2
