After a bit of a hiatus on the mead making hobby, I decided it was time to bottle the batch of apple cyser I've had aging for the last year. Boy oh boy, is it tasty!

I don't quite know what I plan to use BlueSky as a platform for, but I do know that my brain needs to find ways to balance out the negativity in the world right now. So, I present to you my dog Stark. He's part Chihuahua and part Jack Russel Terrier, 100% deaf, and the most loving creature to exist.
