Minnesota. How do I STOP getting phone calls from Xcel telling me there is an outage and the TEXTS telling me the SAME when there is NO OUTAGE????!!! Friday was a brief real outage. But FALSE report has happened 4 evenings in a row. I have now texted STOP to the texts. I have BLOCKED Xcel's number.

Confirmed ICE near Our Savior's Church . Parks in lot of senior residence Zvago 114 Brick St S, Stillwater, MN. Pastor & cops have approached the SUV, it left, returned. Plates verified to be ICE. No front plate. 2 occupants, one masked. SUV has been leaving and returning since 7:30am.

Sort of gives away the lie that they're arresting hardened criminals who are drags on society when they're setting up traps to lure in Good Samaritans
CCTV footage appears to show DHS agents posing as people having car trouble in order to lure a target out of his house before arresting them. The target comes out and starts helping them before 3 vehicles surround the scene. The car "experiencing" trouble then drives off with them.
