Rodina miliardáře Tykače si v Krkonoších postavila bazén tam, kde to územní plán zakazuje. Stavbu měla zastavit - místo toho ho ale dostavěla a schovala pod posuvnou terasu. Město pak za milion korun odhlasovalo změnu plánu, která ho má zlegalizovat.
