That's what they tell you. My brother in law gets the influenza vaccines all the time. He gets really sick all the time. He is a very intelligent person. Top engineer and 60. He believes in your thought too that he gets less sick. I call malarkey on that. A mucous virus changes quicker than snot.

Yes. It is a very personal thing. We agree. We shouldn't judge others according to their view either. A health issue should stay strictly scientific not political. Politics are controlled by money. I am not arguing about your intent. We both agree on that. What I am saying is that there is always this big PR push to get this thing that promises to deliver but their manufacturing of the product is behind the current variant. It's like black or white. Stupid or highly intelligent. Vax or antivax

The Cleveland Clinic conducted a study last spring of the effectiveness of last season's vaccine that only included working people of whom 80% had received that flu vaccine. The 80% receiving the vaccine had a 27% higher rate of flu?! Because of the K variant! And still no update? This is why 4 me.

That would be great logic except for one thing. The researchers knew that the dominant strain was the k variant in September 2025! 89% of it. But the pharma sells their magic sauce by saying " you will not get the flu as bad even though our current vaccine is for the other strain"? Please. Profits.

This is the exact reason why I don't get these vaccines. Everyone is,, rah,rah,rah,, about the vaccines. They would be great but for one thing. They always target the prior years viruses. The research has shown they knew the influenza k variant was the dominant strain in 09/2025. "Much worse"? Right

I have had neither a flu shot nor a covid shot and I am here too!!!! How does that work? I never catch Covid or the flu. My sister has had most flu shots and updated COVID vaccines. She gets both viruses regularly. Just saying.
