Spurs earned the right to be able to spend after a few years of shit by basically being in the top 6 consistently for 20 years. We've basically been there for 3 out of the last 20, and spent 3 years in the Championship. We need to STFU with this crying. We were shit, these are the consequences.
Winning the Europa League and finishing fourth did not inoculate Villa and Spurs were not hampered by a season of woe #AVFC

We simply aren't ready. Our preseason was virtually non-existent. A shit tour of NZ/Aus where we played almost all youngsters.
Loads of pointless training games, again with youngsters. We look like a team of new players who haven't had any prep...which is pretty accurate.
