I will never understand iCloud eviction logic, and I wonder if any product manager ever thought about.
My iPad stores 11 GB of Photos, but evicts all my 10 MB of Books all the time. Today I created a file in Downloads, and then went to open it from another app 30s later, and it had been evicted?!?!
