Gotta say, I'm really not liking most of my fellow indie scifi authors using generative ai for their covers. Not only does it deprive the chance for an artist to make a beautiful, meaningful cover (such as mine pictured below), it also goes against the whole thesis of science fiction's messages.

I met a fellow indie crime author who exchanged books with me. He only had 1 review. Started reading & it’s damn good!
Review count doesn’t = quality.
Sometimes great books just haven’t been discovered yet.
Give indie books a chance.
