Solidarity with 'Elise'; shame on those in Balmoral, Victoria who betrayed her. The town notorious for siding with convicted rapists against a survivor. Every young woman & little girl there now knows if she is attacked, she'll be the one vilified. I hope the girls all get away as fast as they can.

Noticing so many of my fellow Victorians lie awake this hot night. The worries about what today might hold are real. I’m getting up soon, will do all my home visits to check on my patients and be home by mid afternoon. A real sense of foreboding. Thinking of everyone in fire affected areas.
