From former Trump staffer who warned us in 2020 of his unhinged rants about swapping Puerto Rico for Greenland, how fewer people were willing out of fear to speak truth to power & how he would support anyone whose views were in his personal interests including conspiracy theorists & foreign powers.
“This morning, WaPo confirmed what many of us have been warning about since Trump’s reelection, namely that behind closed doors the admin has begun a sweeping, ideologically driven campaign to treat left-leaning Americans as a domestic terrorist threat.” www.defiance.news/p/have-you-c...
Have you called Trump a "fascist?" If so, he might officially designate you a "terrorist."
Trump administration dramatically ramps up investigations of liberals and left-leaning groups under the guise of countering "domestic terrorism."

After a long while stored behind a door I decided to have one of my oil paintings from life framed. Done fast without refining I was inspired by the 1st painting I fell in love with.. Cézanne’s The Gardener.

Hi @davidbezartist.bsky.social
I got your painting back from the framers. ( took a while as I had one of my big painting framed as well) I decided to not put it under glass as I love the texture. It’s now in pride of place in my hallway. Thank you again. It’s perfect.

On 15 March 1939 Hitler and his deputy summoned the Czech President to Hitler’s residence in Berlin and then bullied him to submitting to a German invasion of his country.
They drove him to the point of physical collapse, threatening him until he eventually signed his country’s death warrant.

Today's portrait: Lyle and Woody. Drawn in Derwent colour pencils on mount board. A large piece though I can't quite remember the exact dimensions.

We’ve had my mum’s fox terrier since my mum went into hospital in early Dec. Our girl has now accepted him and he’s become more tolerant. They have started to lie together and it’s heartwarming.

With its thriving port, picturesque architecture and the beautiful surrounding countryside, the coastal town of Kirkcudbright in Scotland has attracted artists from the 19thC onwards. Samuel Peploe's paintings of the town (this is from around 1917) emphasise the geometry of its buildings.
