& random thought as someone who only played RE1 DS (not to completion but close as Jill ) and none of the others in the OG trilogy, I’ve been dozing off to sleep while looking at RE1/2/3 challenge runs and it’s actually sad how much Capcom cut from 2R/3R is structured very differently.
Re9 is a solid game but it loses a lot of the shine because of Leon’s sections tbh, it feels like it was made for people who *loved* the RE4 action Castle/island sections, and Leon is barely hindered or affected by RCS like last plagas affected him throughout 4

The only nuanced take I have about DLSS 5 is that if they somehow make it run on a rtx 2000/3000 card and it gains perfomance or doesn’t hurt perfomance it’ll be somewhat impressive, but fuck that technology dude lol, DLSS 4.5 is the perfect endpoint
They gotta hammer the hell out of Jensen Huang and put him on the MRI butt plug railgun
