The Flax is Aotearoa is starting to come out … well in the northern regions it is. Tui absoulutely love its nectar. I love the colours especially when the sun hits at just the right angle🙂

A Rosella eating a globose heads off a Platanus tree one early morning at Western Springs a few weeks ago. I just loved how this little guy/gal held onto the globose head with one foot while eating it and they also managed to maintain their balance! 🪶🇳🇿 #birds #photography
