Powys does not have a general hospital. Patients are sent to Hereford. For me, it's a 130-mile round trip. A 2 hour drive each way. Now we have the rumours, delay treatment for Welsh patients, or don't send us to England. I say build a hospital in Powys

Sainsbury's are advertising that they have teamed up with Comic Relief to deliver X amount of meals to families experiencing/suffering from FOOD POVERTY. We are the 12th richest country in the world, and people should not be going hungry in the 21st century.

I used a natural deodorant; it stained my bras. I do my washing on 30°. I no longer use detergent. I tend to use white vinegar, but my bras are still stained.

I've cut and foiled a dove, using opaque white glass. I will add a holly leaf and cabuchon as a berry to add colour. #stainedglassrocks

Medication packaging is a problem. The size and design of boxes change, but the size shape and texture ov the tablets themselves change. Statins were round white and smooth. Now they are larger, round with a depression with what feels like a flower imprint on one side. Why?
