Seems I've been a bit unfair to Johnson: the max allowance is £115k pa but Johnson was allowed to claim his 22-23 expenses in 23-24. Cameron wasn't allowed to claim during the period he was a Secretary of State under Sunak which explains his reduced claim in 23-24.
