In an act of maturity, I booked a Physio appointment for a niggle before it turned to pain to actually see what is wrong rather than sporadic tictok exercises.

Found out today that Ronan Keating is massive in New Zealand and recorded a full Christmas album but with summer references as New Zealand is in the southern hemisphere.

Read a great book. Attend the cinema. Listen to new music. Spend an afternoon in an art gallery. Watch people dance. Dance yourself.

I cut open my thumb 👍 doing skincare the other night, then today cut open another finger on same hand changing weights as I didn't notice I picked up 1x25kg instead of 20kg and full diagnosed myself with a neurological disease after a set of lopsided RDLs 🫠🤕
