We should be adding 2 attackers WITHOUT selling Gakpo, if we sell him we need 3! He’s the only player who showed anything yesterday as well! I just don’t get Hughes’ strategy, the squad is so short. And, absolutely no selling players to City ffs! 🤦♂️ #lfc

Huge slice of luck that we didn’t deserve. Same issues as last season clear as day. We HAVE to buy someone with some defensive mindset in midfield, it’s negligent to keep ignoring it. Poor in every department though, created nothing and just kept making poor decisions. I’d swap Kerkez for Hall! #lfc

Miles off it. Passing is so sloppy, both full backs are a liability, they don’t have a brain cell between them. Decision making is always wrong, execution in the final third especially bad. All this against a really poor Newcastle side too. So much to improve to even get a point #lfc
