Here's a novel idea-
How's about ALL money made in England should stay in England.
And ALL money made in Scotland should stay in Scotland.
If you think that Scotland is a drain on your finances, Then why not simply cut us free & gain that Independence which you reckoned Brexit would bring you.

John knows that energy is a reserved matter but asking for it to be transferred and having it refused, as it will be, at least shows Scots that it's being ruled over by WM that keeps our bills high. We need independence to fix the things that affect you financially.
On day one of a new SNP government, I will demand powers over energy to be transferred to the Scottish Parliament - so we can cut bills, protect jobs and unlock investment.
If Westminster will not bring your bills down, they should get out of the way for a government that will.

Reform UK are likely to finish 2nd, picking up seats on the list by taking votes from Labour & the Tories.
So the strategy is clear:

If Jackie Baillie truly believed she is the saviour of the SNHS, why has she spent the last decade or more shouting it down instead of acknowledging the progress made since devolution and building on that success to argue for further improvement?
