Got bored about a month ago, so I 3d-modeled my wickerbeast and put her into VRChat.
~6.5k tris, "good" performance on quest, toggleable accessories, fully featured facial animations, and physbones.
For my first time in Blender (and non-CAD 3d software in general) I'm super happy with the result.

It's a challenge to get stuff like that working, even with a detailed guide on hand. Great learning experience though!
