Aging naturally is beautiful and nothing to be scared of. We can’t be hot forever, and truly our appearance should be the least interesting thing about us.

Got up, walked my dog, laid in bed all afternoon, took two, maybe 3 naps… quick workout, watched cross country meet, came home to petals of a peony. Not a bad Saturday. I’m learning that rest is also a productive activity.

Today my boss tried to talk to me about career pathing and whether I’d be interested in leadership or staying in an individual contributor role and I told her “I really don’t feel like having a job lately.” Idk what she’s going to do with that.
